the white crematorium 2.0 is the official re-release of the monolith deathcult's second full length album 'the white crematorium'. not only is the entire album re-mixed and re-mastered, several guitarparts have been re-recorded as well. on top of that the u.s. release comes with video clips of 'master of the bryansk forest' and 'wrath of the ba'ath'

being a re-release the artwork for this release should be new, but close to the original design (which can be found here). what began as an intention to create an adaptation of the original artwork, ended as a complete re-design similar to the original....

for this cover a photograph of berlin's crematorium was chosen as the core of the design while the booklet contains several references to both the lyrics and 'information blocks' (which didn't make it into the final booklet...)
