concept 'retaliate'
soaked hair and blood spattered face thinking or staring. either ready for retaliation or perhaps just finished. survival of the fittest: human nature in it's most purest form.
my second conceptual design; one of my personal favorites. a straightforward design, balanced by a powerful atmosphere. obviously this was the inspiration for this site.
cover
in the upper left corner, the album title will be partly be printed on top of the logo for a compact and strong design.
image pages
the band- and / or individual picture pages will be styled as the cover image. the subject is (partly) covered in blood spatters. the face will express a certain state of mind. the black and white background will be slightly blurred, though sharp enough to see the scene of reprisal.
lyrics and text
for this design the lyrics and other textual elements are straightforward. white sans serif font on a plain black background. combined with a facing image page this creates a well balanced spread.
